Roadblock, not able to get past it! (Reported to the Studio)!

It seems that we have a slight technical issue with our game which is, unfortunately, impacting your gameplay.

Rest assured however that our developers are already aware of this and are working hard to find a resolution as quickly as possible.

In the meantime, there are few things you can try, but we can't guaranty you that it will work however it's worth trying 😉

If you have access to a mobile device, make sure the game is synced and ask friends for help through the app. The game is also available on Windows 10 so if you have access to it, download the game here, remember to connect the game so your progress can be synced and give it a try.

Boosters and Lives do not get synced, just a heads up!

Note! Avoid clearing the cache of your browser as this can reset the timer and make you wait even longer. You can try a different and see if that helps.

Thanks that worked. I don't understand how it why as I won that game several times. Oh well. I'm still having issues with the game.1) on tractor dash my picture shows up but my wife (Rose) is not. The same thinghappens on her game and I'm not pictured. (2) I can't send her lives in fact many times when I start playing the game the send lives section comes up and there isn't anyone to send.lives shown. (3) farm.club.shows that I have one thing to collect.but when I enter there isn't any thing to collect. The same thing happens on her game.

Hello @Cfowlkes and welcome to our Farmtastic Community. I play on mobile and have the episode race so I don't have to deal with any road blocks in the game. But I will tag my friend and fellow Superstar, @Chicken_Slayer who can help you out.

Have been stuck at a road block. What to do?

Phone is 5.33.12, not sure how I see the version on the MacBook - I didn't get it in the app store, I am using a Facebook app.

Where would I find the game version? I did uninstall and reinstall on the MAC yesterday. I also just downloaded the app on my phone.

@whales That is good observation. Normally on mobile its ok, can I just ask which game version you have?

I was playing on a MAC. I downloaded it to my phone and it seems to do the same thing on the phone. Does not let me ask friends. I will see if it actually counts down the time. I did notice yesterday that the game counted down as long as it was open, but if I closed out and went back or if the screensaver came on, it started over at 3 days 23 hours and 59 minutes. For the moment it looks like it is counting down on the phone

I would also like to mention that the Flash Player will be deactivated on the PCs at the end of this year. There is no difficulty on a mobile device. A rethink is therefore appropriate. I know very well what I'm talking about.

Hello,
I am stuck after the 1135 level, the road sign crossed out indicates to me every day that I have 3 days left to wait, the meter goes back to 3 days each time.
I tried to clear the cache / delete cookies but that does not change anything

I am having exactly the same issue. I have been trying to pass the roadblock for well over a week. I have tried everything.

Yes that is right but it counts down while I leave it on but then resets itself the next time I am on.
