Snowball levels don't function correctly - FIXED!

Problem is not solved. There is an issue with frozen squares since update. Lvl 2479 is not working and is impossible since update...

The studio has been able to reproduce the issue and currently working on improving the Snowball levels. They have all they need now and are aware that it happens on multiple devices and many levels are affected.

If you play on mobile device, we kindly ask you to make sure the game app is always up to date so you do not miss out on future releases that will hopefully take care of this.

Currently working on this super hard level and noticed that even when the game suggests a move that should be possible where you can make a match over snow, it won't allow it. Very frustrating especially when that match would be a 5 in-a-row. Wondering if this is a glitch from the last update....

The level still isn’t working right

Level 1533 in Farm Heroes Saga will not shuffle when I am out of moves. I have to quit the level and lose turns.

This is very frustrating. Please help

Are you playing on a PC or a Mobile device? If playing on a PC, which browser are you using? If using a mobile, is it Android OR iOS device?

Im stuck on level 2761 cause of snowballs.

Im using facebook login through an app of the game on my samsung galaxy s6
