    This is still happening to me with the harvest rush and I have not received about 6 or 7 boxes now πŸ˜” Is this just me or are others still having issues? I have contacted customer support but awaiting a reply 😞

    I haven't heard anything I don't think. We can ask @QueenB though, did you try the troubleshooting?

    Yes, I've tried all the trouble shooting. I'm getting other boxes just not receiving the harvest rush ones.

    yes, I do encounter several harvest rush 1 after another recently... all is about 1 day event ...

    only top 3 will be reward booster...

    n I do have them all... although I just win only like a few

    so in ur situation, ur box don’t open for all the 7 times u won ???

    No it doesn't. It appears but disappears without letting me collect it

    Player Support is having a backlog so I can't really helps speed up the process. Maybe if we had more details, like screenshots, so everytime you complete a target and get a pop up, take screenshots and save it (if possible). This way we can provide more details that can help with the investigation.

    @007jayc do you still want the game to be reset back to 1 or are you good with your progress now? It looks like the system could not connect to your game so that is why it hasn't been reset.
