Oh! I am very glad to know that!!

Because, this rewards glitch with Harvest Rush is not the issue on players' side, but the game itself.

The Farm Game Studio team is looking into this glitch. But, unfortunately, it is taking much longer than expected!!

So, yes! Your game is connected well to the internet and performing well👍️

With regards to the "no connection" pop-up, all we can do is to ignore that and play your game. I know how annoying it will be (as I too have experienced it for a while. But, it stopped on it's own... not sure how😅).

Hello @rogerkock and welcome to our wonderful King Community.  I will have this thread moved to Farm Heroes - you accidentally posted this in Candy Crush Friends.

So are you talking about Harvest Rush (currently we need to collect suns) and you end up in either first, second or third place but don't get your prize?  Can you take a screenshot of the notice stating you won Harvest Rush and post it in a comment below?
The game needs a strong and steady internet connection and if the game detects a dip in signal strength or an interruption of the signal, it will automatically assume you are playing offline and certain functions are not available when playing off line.  So even though you can do other things on the internet, that game thinks you are not connected.

Try these few simple steps and see if it can resolve your problem:
Clear your cache. The way to do this is slightly different depending on the platform and software you are using, but you should be able to use the internet to find out how to do that if in doubt.

 Check your app update - App developers are giving their best to deliver a great experience to the users, which is why they are constantly working on improvements. If users complain about the issue, including freezing and crashing, developers will fix it with an update. That is why it is essential to regularly update all your apps or at least the ones you use daily.

Finally, shutdown the platform you are playing on for at least 20-30 seconds.  Usually by doing these simple steps you can clear up a temporary problem you may be experiencing.
