I am playing Farm Heroes Saga on a Samsung Galaxy S10e with Android 10. when I try to login to the game with my email and password I get a connection error. The icon on the lower right of the main page also shows no connection. The game worked fine until about a week ago. I have five other King games and they all connect fine. I have tried restarting. I have deleted the cache and data. I have removed and reinstalled the app. None of these things fixed the problem. I contacted tech support and they sent me info on fixing my Facebook login but I do not use Facebook. How can I fix this issue? Thank you.
Apparently The problem is not linked to your phone/OS.
I have the sale problem with an iPhone XR on iOs 13.3.1
I can use anythong as email and password (even Something like xjebrudj@jrur.com) for king account but the error message is the same, as the link to king server was down.
it seems that king account login doesn’t work any more on some devices..
I went into recovery mode on my phone and cleared the cache. This solved the problem.
Can u check ur internet speed? Wifi n data speed? Due to covid19, lots of ppl stay at home to surf so the bandwidth is affected ...

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your game!!
Since all your other games are working without any issues, it would not be your internet connection for sure BUT the Farm Heroes App itself that was infected / has bug!
And, usually, the reinstallation step works to remove this bug! Let's look into other options...
How and where did you contact the Tech Support? Did you do it from the game through the "Settings" (Gear icon)?
Will it be possible for you to write them back and inform them that you are using Kingdom account BUT not Facebook?
I believe I contacted technical support through the website. I did write them back and let them know that I am using my king account and not Facebook but they have not replied since then. Thanks.

Like I said above, deleting & reinstalling the App usually works for this issue!! Not sure, why it is still giving trouble in your game!!
Just wondering... did you try the trouble shooters that were given by the Tech Support team? Do you think they won't work at all to solve the issue?
I will ask if our Farm Community Manager can do anything to help out!! But, they do need your game ID number! Will you be able to look for it and post the number here?

The tech support team gave me trouble shooters for the Facebook login which I am not using.
I followed the instructions for finding my user ID number and it is 0 (zero). I'm sure this is not correct but it may indicate something. Thanks.
