This is same for me...they send it, but it does not work...hope that they came fix this soon as it is very annoying and this week is almost up..so we just missed out. Can't imagine how many others this is affecting, but they haven't joined the community so
they have no way of complaining.

0 · Helpful Woah! Sweet Love Haha@QueenB @QueenMia I realised yesterday that I am not getting the unlimited lives. 😭😭😭😭 I didn't get time to mention it until now and now it will be too late for anyone to fix.
I have the latest update in the store. I am ONLY playing on the windows 10 app. Even though I have it elsewhere I never open it on anything else.
I am not reinstalling it as I have too many boosters to lose and besides I don't think that will solve it. All other troubleshooting is done.
I AM getting the pop up for it and clicking on it to activate it. It just doesn't.
My own personal thoughts are there are too many pop ups for it to open for events and other game recommendations and its not registering somewhere. Its only farm I have the problem in, jelly I have got them no issue 🤷♀️

However, if the team are not aware of any faults and say, 100 players report issues, but millions are playing and don't have problems, it is more likely to be something on the players end. Now if a large amount of players complain, its clear they have an issue that's not the players fault. Until more players complain though, as with any company, they always start with basic troubleshooting.
our isp last night was telling us to try the troubleshooting when broadband went off. Despite many complaining about it, they hadn't had enough numbers. Until many counties (UK) complained then they realised. And then they shut up lol. It was fixed not long after.....
