May I ask which device you are playing on and if you have checked out the following suggestions:

• Update to the latest version of the game needed.
• The Unlimited Lives offer is available to those who play on mobile devices and Win10 PC via the official app
• The Unlimited Lives are accessible only on one device, if you have two devices connected to the same game profile.
• You can enjoy the Unlimited Lives offer while playing offline, but will need to connect to receive them.
• If you’re a new player, Unlimited Lives will begin on the 2nd day of gameplay.
• The Unlimited Lives offer is valid only for players who have been active in the past 365 days.

Hi there @spaws @jim_357 - If you play via Windows 10 then you should definitely have received the unlimited lives as it's for everyone. Really sorry that it's giving you trouble, that is not the purpose, at the contrary. We have made sure to send the lives again to your game, so please let us know if you've received them this time.

@Kejnej - What platform are you playing on? When you accept the lives, you won't see anything happen as such but you will notice the Unlimited sign on your lives counter - See below, circled in green:

If you don't see that, it would be helpful to give us your Game ID and a screenshot of your life counter. Let us know 😊

I got notification this morning that some self test was successful and that I got some goodies - well I did not....

Here is the screenshot of my game after accepting the "so called" goodies, and a screen shot of my game ID.

To sum up, I did not receive any goodies or unlimited lives - not now, not ever.....

Thanks a lot, @spaws - That's helpful! You definitely should have received them and we're not sure why you haven't... We've sent you the lives again now, please let us know if that worked.

An option would be to re-install the game, but that would make you lose your saved boosters.

I play on PC, Windows 10, and when I accept the gift, even though I was out of lives, nothing happens, didn't have that Unlimited lives sign as you posted...
