Farm Heroes Champions - no internet access

Hi, for a while now I've not been able to access the teams button on the game as it says I have no internet connection. I do so don't understand why it says that. I've uninstalled and reinstalled but still got the same. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi @nikib5320 and welcome to our adorable Community 😊 I am so sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Are you referring to Farm Heroes Saga or Farm Heroes Champions? Can you please tell me which device and OS are you using for playing this game? It would be great if you could take a screenshot so I can see what exactly is happening. If you don't know how to do it, follow the steps here.

Hi, it is the farm heroes champions I'm struggling with. I'm on a Galaxy S9, with Android 10 OS (I think that's right?) - this is the screen I get...

Any ideas would be great! Thanks!

Thanks for posting additional information along with the screenshot @nikib5320 This game is actually not officially released worldwide, therefore it might happen that there are some glitches. Sometimes it happens that the server is down for a certain period. If this keeps continuing, I will ask you to try these troubleshooting steps.

It's a recent news, but we have taken the decision to stop development on Farm Heroes Champions and the game will no longer be available in the UK, Brazil, South Africa, India and Mexico.

At King we’re always trying and testing new game concepts. This testing process is crucial to helping us understand how the game will be received by players. We work on a number of different games at any one time and, after intensive testing, sometimes take the tough decision not to launch some titles so we can focus our attention on bringing the very best games to our network.
