Hi dear.
Very unfortunate but you have to reinstall your game application. It will fix this. Please make sure that your game is saved through favebook or king account so that there will be no affect on your progress or goldbars. Lives and boosters will be lost though.

Here's the procedure to solve Padlocks' problem:
- Be sure to be connected to your wireless network
- Load the Game but dont play!
- From Connection link or Settings button, select My profile
- Connect to King's site or FB. If you don't have an account please create one and login. Backup is done automatically
- Exit the Game
- Go to Device Settings
- From left panel, scroll down and go to Application Manager
- From right panel:
- scroll to Heroes Farm Saga
- click on 'Stop the Application'
- click on 'Clear cache'
- click on 'Delete data', and confirm by clicking 'OK'
- exit Parameters
- Load the Game again, but don't play!
- If an update is proposed, please installed it
- Go to Connexion link and click on My profile
- Connect to King's or FB to recover your previously saved settings
