Very sorry about that but dont worry changing device will not cause you to lose your progress. So tell us did you saved your game through facebook or king account. If yes then just log out, restart your device and login again and try to play and complete a level as sometimes it takes a little time to perfectly sync the process.

But if you didnt save your progress through either king account or facebook then please provide us your game id and we will request our CM to manually recover your progress.

If it's still not worked by Save Current Level Steps, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with my Game" and then "Game didn't save" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (but use Game ID with phone as well and How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Hi and Welcome to our Community

Boosters are saved directly in your device's memory, which always allows you to use them while playing offline. This also means that if you delete and reinstall the game, then Boosters can be lost and just saved Levels.

It’s best not to store too many Boosters on your device, as there is a chance they may be lost, or affect the game play. and save your game in Facebook and King Account.
