Sometimes in the game it shows that you can’t move, but then there is the face, next to the water drop, why does that not count as a move?

Hi there @Rohzanne and good day to you.

This is an on-going issue involving Water Drops & Seeds (grass, hay, flower) in certain levels because the game no longer sees Water Drops & Seeds as a match.

The same has been reported to the game studio and according to our CM, the studio is aware of this as mentioned but it's not a priority at the moment as there are other issues/fixes they need to prioritize.

Thus, just continue playing until a fix has been carried out.
