@BubbleGumSoda thank you for trying to help. We try not to tag the CMs unless its something they can help with, or they end up swamped in tags and nobody gets help. @DiamondLim did tag the player with the correct link which is exactly what we do. The CMs cannot help players with this, it has to be support 😊

Welcome to the community @SALLYAB have you got past this level yet? I personally would follow the advice given if playing on a phone. If you can tell us the device you play on we can give you some troubleshooting tips. Personally I wouldn't spend any gold, if you are stuck here we can give you some tips 😊
