This issue first happened in episode 154, levels 4136 to 4150. It reoccured in episode 158, levels 4196 to 4208(my last completed level so far). Hope that helps.

here is some more test info ... it sounds like it may be unnecessary based on the studio's response(sorry)

installed the microsoft app as recommended by @Lady_Choo

after several days am seeing many advantages with the app for windows 10 ... am very happy with the app

now for the test info ... levels 105 and 111 did not reward any beans ... was able to get 3 stars on the very first try

105 is a "join the club"(green symbol shown above)

level 111 is a Rancid level
