I tried to get playing on 2 consecutive days! I ended up re-installing to get it working and I lost ALL my boosters on 2 devices so I'm really angry. Over 30 collect all, 40 +1, 10 tractor and 20+ singles and that's just on 1 device! Now I only have 1 quest available and I lost time on collecting carrots task, special event with the extra levels, 2 chase the keys, and I think time with Bonnie boosters. I wouldjust be grateful if I could be given a load of boosters to make up for my losses! My ID is 1034948861.

Thank you all for being so patient while the developers had a look at the freezing issue 🤗

This should be solved however, some of you might need to restart the game for it to work again. As internet connection speeds vary, you might need to stay on the main game map for a moment before you'll be able to play.

Please try this instead of reinstalling your game and if that still doesn't help, try clearing the cache, that should do the trick 😉

I had to reinstall my game to get the map working again. The game was unplayable for days. It reset the game level and other things, but took all of my boosters away. I had about 35 of each. I request help, but only get a form response. This is the same reason I quit the other king games.

As for your boosters that got lost, check your game 😉 I've contacted Player Support on your behalf so there should be compensation waiting for you when you open the game ☺️
