i have tried that and i don't get a my profile bubble. i get a quit level bubble and a back to game bubble, then nothing else. i have checked out the video on how to find the id number as well, but since my game is not on facebook, and i don't play on a mobile device, i am out of luck there too. i notice that the picture you are showing indicates it is 5.65.5. mine shows 5.66.3 does this somehow make a difference? or am i just grabbing at straws?
we will have to ask for help regarding the versions ... maybe @Lady_Choo knows who to ask
Ok so if its all boosters that sounds like this issue has reoccurred which is not related to the +1 issue.

I see you also mentioned about losing levels from Facebook. You can sync Facebook and the kingdom accounts so that you can log in with the kingdom, but no longer have to use Facebook.
Alternatively you can also contact support to get all your level progress back 😊
i tried logging out to reach level 13, then log back in to fix the problem as suggested. now i can't log back in! i couldnt even get past the level to get the shovel booster cause it was frozen as well. i really enjoyed this game while i had it on facebook, but now i cant seem to get it to work. 😫
i have tried all the suggestions and now i have ended up with nothing. i cant log in so i also cant play candy crush now which i lost on facebook as well. this is so frustrating!!
if there are any more sugggestions i will try them, but i am about ready to quit. i have now lost all my candy crush levels as well.😖
I cannot get the +1 on my pc. I have been able to get it on my kindle, Why isn't King doing anything to correct it since sooooo many people are having the same problem
Do you know which level you were on originally on Facebook?
drop support a line, they will be able to help you get progress back but you need either a new Facebook account or kingdom account to get it 🙂
