CONNECTION LOST When I'm Still Online

This is happening when I use the app on my computer or on my phone. I'm still online, I don't know why or if this is happening to anyone else. It's keeping me from getting two of my items that I won or getting anything else. This is a photo grab I did and if you notice on the bottom right corner you'll see I'm connected to the internet.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing an issue with your game!
I need few clarifications please...
- You said you are playing on 2 devices - phone and computer. Are you experiencing this issue on both devices or only on Computer?
- The prizes you are trying to collect - are those from "Harvest Rush" event?
- Did you collect the prize on your phone without any issue?

Right now it's only on the computer. Windows 10 OS 64 bit. I think when my phone gets down too low on power that's when it happens. However, it's still happening on the computer. It has to do with Harvest Rush 3. After I try to collect these prizes, that when I get the "Connect Lost" and I know I have not lost connect to the internet on my computer. I cleaned the cache on my computer this morning thinking it maybe cache and it wasn't that. I also rebooted my computer, it still didn't work.

Thank you for providing clear details.
Many players are experiencing this issue with Harvest Rush prizes. And, "no internet connection" pop-up is not because there is an issue with your connection. It is the issue with the event itself ๐ฅ๐ฅ
The Farm Studio is aware about the issue and they are trying on a fix. But, we do not have an ETA yet!!
One last question (for now)!! Did you collect the reward on your phone? Is it letting you? Or did you try only on Windows 10?

I can collect my rewards on the phone, but when it comes to getting free rounds. That's another story. I still get "Connection Lost". On the computer app, not on Facebook. the "Connection Lost" is still coming up and it's terrible. I know all of you are trying to find out what's wrong.

Same situation for me as well....I only play on one device and that's my Android phone....I can't collect some of my booster rewards as well.....

Same thing with my game, only play on phone . I have redownload it many times. I log back in and can send lives but not received them it keeps telling me connection lost, or to connect. Maybe 1 or two times a week I will get a life under rewards. I had the harvest rush for about 30 minutes then it disappeared. I have lost rewards "helpers" many times when I relog back in. I get lives in Candy Crush so it's not my phone! When I found this community today I noticed it said Sammys36 which is the name I was using 5 years ago, when I tried logging in with that name this year it would not let me use that name, but it took me back to my level that I had saved. I now use Sam as player name with same levels saved. If someone can help I would greatly appreciate it. I was directed to this community through customer service.

No its not your phone, sometimes when events have finished it throws the connection issue message because the event is no longer in.
The name you are using here, unless linked with the kingdom, won't be the same name in your game anyway, is that what you meant? But it seems you might have used an old log in for your game. Was your progress on the normal levels logged in with the kingdom or Facebook?
