Hi and welcome to the community. Is it harvest rush or another event rewards you are trying to collect?

I don't think it has to do with any event. It's happening. When I downloaded it from the Microsoft Store last year, for my computer. It was all good. Within the past month or so, it started happening and it's still going on. I just downloaded the newest update and no change.

Do you have any saved boosters? Are you logging in with Facebook
I have had the same thing before, it seems to be a windows thing. And the only way I can resolve it is to reinstall. That's why I asked if you were logged in previously because of saving your progress, and also because you will lose any saved boosters as they are saved in the computer memory with the game data.
Often it can be caused by an event that should have been removed, but sometimes pop ups stay, meaning if you click on them there is no event there so it throws up the lost connection message. When you reinstall it should go.

You would be surprised how many people don't realise that the game could be lost if they don't log in using either FB or the kingdom.
Do you have saved boosters? If not, I would recommend reinstalling. If you do, and don't want to lose them, I will mention it to the community manager but she won't be in until next week.

If I have the boosters, it will be on the app I downloaded on my phone and on Facebook. I'm going to uninstall and reinstall the computer app of Farm Heroes and see what happens. Thank you very much.
