Farm Heroes Saga not loading on Windows (Edited: Solved)

My game is freezing as well ☹️

If I close the game and open it I can play my current level.

If I tap on the event button it just freezes and I can’t play it at all.

I play on my iPhone. My 🆔 is 6751300740

.Also all my other king games are fine.

It doesn't say what version, as far as I can see. It says it was launched on 5/4/2019 and that the size is 277.86 MB, if that helps!

I’ve just got this problem today! The app freezes when I click the events button. It stays frozen for about a minute before shutting the app. I open the app again but as soon as I click on the events button it happens again. I’m on an iPhone and the app is fully up to date.

Hi There

I seem to be having the same problem. I didn't update or change anything. Just one day when I tried to load, it just flashed and still does every time I try. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times but it is still just flashing on and straight off.

I am using window 10 version 2H22 and installed version of the game 6.15.3.0

Any help will be much appreciated.

@Lynzleton I'm using Windows 10 version 22H2, too.

How do you know the installed version of the game? I'm trying to identify mine.

It's usually further down..I think you have to use the arrow to expand it. I'll look when I get home cos they keep changing it 🤦🏻‍♀️
