This is making it much harder to complete Quests now especially when we have to collect 1200 or 1400 or 1600 or 1800+ cropsies. I had special levels I used to collect certain cropsies and now with this new Hero Mode it's worthless. For example I could have had 15 moves left and in Hero Mode and collected what I needed but now I lose ALL that and get a "one time" collection with what's left on the board and even then only SOME cropsies get the +9 points. The most cropsies I've collected from that final collection is about 150, so far, but on average its been like 30 - 50. I hate it so much bring back our regular Hero Mode 😭 not everything has to be like Candy Crush!

I hate the "new" hero mode! I'm going back to my other garden game.

I have it and don’t like it. It doesn’t seem to give me a choice and just goes into skip mode. It collects a few cropsies and ends the game, no matter one many turns I have left. I don’t seem to end up with as many points or bonuses as I usually would playing in hero mode. If it truly gave a choice and waited for you to choose it, it might be fine for some people who are in a hurry, but I’m far into the game and it often takes a long time to be able to finish a level and I prefer to play it all out. But I definitely do NOT like having it automatically go into skip mode

I have hero mode now since I got back into my account, and also the tip screen pops up regularly telling me how to collect cropsies, open flowers etc.
I hate both features.

I don't seem to have a choice either, no matter what I press it automatically goes into hero mode.

I'm hoping they listen to feedback on this. An option to choose or not would be better.

Hi @Lady_Choo my events are back to normal thank you. But that weird hero thing is still rushing around. Hopefully it will go away soon

That is why it's always important to give feedback.
can I ask though that you refrain from calling them stupid changes. The idea of testing is to see if players like them or not. Clearly this time it's a not. But they try to enhance the game for us and sometimes listen to players ideas. This is already being done in other king games with different variations so obviously people like it. And what we don't like, others might. The studio will take feedback and either shelve or change the idea. I personally think it's a good idea but it needs to be tweaked and the option needs to be there. So those of us who want it can keep it.

That's a good point. See I like the idea, I like that in candy and I don't have quests on my w10 game. But I'd like the option to do it or not. Sometimes you use the hero mode to get more than one star 🙄
