I am not getting my stars or water for the 1-2-3 Grow this morning.
I am very glad that the cropsies are being counted now, dear Molly 🤩
But, regarding the missed cropsies count, I will give a heads-up to the Farm Queen 👍️

I tried that earlier and it did not work. But now I restarted my game again and played a new level and the cropsies were collected. Fixed for now but I have not been credited with the many collected on the earlier levels.

I just saw our @Lady_Choo answer here, that she had to close the game App and reopen it couple of times to fix the glitch!!
May be you will also have luck by doing so!! Can you please try and let me know?

Oh, no!! Molly 😢 That glitch was supposed to be fixed yesterday (as you saw in QueenB's comments above)!!
I will report it right away. But, unfortunately, we have to wait till tomorrow for any action to be taken. The reason being, all the Kingsters have left home as it is nighttime for them.

Hoping you can help.... After completing levels in Caves & Caverns event, the hundreds of sun and water cropsies are not showing in my 123 Grow event. I closed and restarted but it still shows ZERO for both 😫
I'm sorry you had to experience this but worry no more as we have solved the issue. All you need to to do is, close the game app, restart your device and give the game app another try.

Hi, after I complete a level with sun and water, it's not showing as being collected. I've done like 3 levels and my balance is 0. Is anyone else having this problem? Thanks

Hi, When I load a level, my companions have gone, so I can’t select any to help me try (and fail multiple times to not complete the level) Is this standard now? Thanks
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
