This started 10/03. I've not been able to access my events, because whenever I try, the game crashes. I'm on level 2070 and play on a Samsung flip phone. Any ideas?

We would like to inform that we have been working on fixing the issue with the game freezing when accessing the Event tap.
We would like to ask if you could check for available update on your device as there should be a new version, 6.24.3 that should take care of this issue.
Please let us know if updating to the new version has fixed the issue.

The game crashing when accessing the Events was reported to the Farm game Studio and they are looking into it.
NOTE: It is not a glitch on your side! Hence, please do not reinstall the game, as it will not help at all, and you will lose your saved boosters!
When there is an update, I will get back to you guys! Until then, please bear with usππ£
I play on my Nook which is a Samsung tablet. I can play a game, but if I try to click through to the area where the quests etc are, everything freezes and I can't do anything, not even play a game. For ME this started happening this morning. I have rebooted my tablet and reloaded the game multiple times.
It's not working for me either!

Are you playing on an android device or other? The reason I ask is that we have had a few reports with android so far, but the studio are aware and are working on it. So don't reinstall the game π€
I have tried to play my Events for two days. Every time I try to play my Events it freezes up. This is so annoying.
Since a few days the game freezes again and again on the smartphone and I can not play, only the gift pick up is possible - is the problem only with meΒ

Thanks so much for your response. I've worked through steps 1-4 of the help center article. My phone and version of FHS are both up to date, I have plenty of memory, I force stopped all apps and shut down the phone. Sorry to say it didn't work. I can play games, but as soon as I try to access the event tab, the game freezes.

Please try these troubleshooting steps first that are provided in our Community Team's --> Help Article
Do not take the final step, which is reinstalling the App! If you reinstall the game, you will lose all your saved boosters and Lives received from your friends.
If none of the steps helped, please come back and let us know. We will find out if it is a glitch in the game itself or just on your device. To reply back, simply type in the blank box given below to my comment.

So, this is a little funny, but today I had a message saying "Here is a gift to make up for the time you couldn't play because of the glitch,"... and then nothing happened. What was the gift supposed to be?

A while ago, when the game had similar glitch, the rewards were couple of handy boosters!! I don't exactly remember which boosters they were!!
