This started 10/03. I've not been able to access my events, because whenever I try, the game crashes. I'm on level 2070 and play on a Samsung flip phone. Any ideas?

We would like to inform that we have been working on fixing the issue with the game freezing when accessing the Event tap.
We would like to ask if you could check for available update on your device as there should be a new version, 6.24.3 that should take care of this issue.
Please let us know if updating to the new version has fixed the issue.

A while ago, when the game had similar glitch, the rewards were couple of handy boosters!! I don't exactly remember which boosters they were!!
I will try to find out from the Farm In-charge. But, you will have to wait till tomorrowπ£π£
Same thing happened to me! It's a mystery gift? So mysterious we don't know what it is yet?

So, this is a little funny, but today I had a message saying "Here is a gift to make up for the time you couldn't play because of the glitch,"... and then nothing happened. What was the gift supposed to be?

So sorry to know that your game is also affected with Events tab freezing the game glitch!!
The Farm game Studio was working hard to fix the issue!! I guess they have to take a break as this is the weekend!! I would like to request you to wait till Monday to receive any update with regards to the glitch!!

When are you going to fix the glitch that appeared several days ago now!!! If you are not aware when I click the button for the 'extras' like Markets or progress...2nd tab along...the whole page freezes. All other tabs are fine and the game itself works fine. Please fix asap. It seems a glitch connected to the Farm pass in some way.
My event tab is not working either, it freezes.

Many players are experiencing a glitch when they try to open the Events. The issue has been reported to the Farm game Studio. The fix should be here soon!
But, until then, please keep playing the levels on the game map... or just take rest for few days! I understand what you meant by "you are losing everything"!! You are not able to play the special events and the timer might end before you could finish themπ€
It will not resolve the issue and on top of it, you will lose your saved boosters and Lives received from your friends!! And also, the progress on the events.

Hello, my game starts off ok and I can play the main levels, but when I try to enter my bonus levels the game completely freezes and I end up having to swipe it away to get out of it. I have done all the usual things to try and get it working but nope. Please help me, I'm losing everything. ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»ππ»
@PummyRaj after 2 days , couldn't hold this freezing frustrations uninstalled the game reinstalled,when back and forth to see if i am back on the race with my team but still the same, while i was on the race already,
Must be the latest update then π They are working on it though, I promise!

Please try these troubleshooting steps first that are provided in our Community Team's --> Help Article
Do not take the final step, which is reinstalling the App! If you reinstall the game, you will lose all your saved boosters and Lives received from your friends.
If none of the steps helped, please come back and let us know. We will find out if it is a glitch in the game itself or just on your device. To reply back, simply type in the blank box given below to my comment.

Thanks so much for your response. I've worked through steps 1-4 of the help center article. My phone and version of FHS are both up to date, I have plenty of memory, I force stopped all apps and shut down the phone. Sorry to say it didn't work. I can play games, but as soon as I try to access the event tab, the game freezes.

Since a few days the game freezes again and again on the smartphone and I can not play, only the gift pick up is possible - is the problem only with meΒ
I have tried to play my Events for two days. Every time I try to play my Events it freezes up. This is so annoying.

Are you playing on an android device or other? The reason I ask is that we have had a few reports with android so far, but the studio are aware and are working on it. So don't reinstall the game π€

It's not working for me either!
I play on my Nook which is a Samsung tablet. I can play a game, but if I try to click through to the area where the quests etc are, everything freezes and I can't do anything, not even play a game. For ME this started happening this morning. I have rebooted my tablet and reloaded the game multiple times.

NOTE: It is not a glitch on your side! Hence, please do not reinstall the game, as it will not help at all, and you will lose your saved boosters!

Since yesterday, the menu that holds the events and plant growing etc, wonβt load. I can play the main game, but when I go to click the extra menu, the game freezes and I have to close the app. The app has recently updated and Iβve also updated my phone.
