Why can't I request lives from my friends?

Every time I click the + icon at the top of the game. My game freezes. I tried all of your solutions with no results. I even reinstalled the game. Losing all my companions. Wasn't worth the loss… level 4201.

Hey there and sorry to hear about this experience. I assume you're pressing the button in the Team menu under the "Chat" tab correct?

If you've recently requested life's, it will be on a pause for a while until you can request it again. However, it sounds like something unusual is happening here. It would be great to know the following details for this problem:

• What device and version of OS you play on (example: iPhone 16, iOS 17)
• What version of the game you play.
• What your Player ID is.

The usual steps we recommend are as follows:

• Restart: Force close apps and restart your device.
• Updates: Check that you have the latest game and device updates.
• Memory: Keep at least 2GB free storage for smooth gameplay.
• Connection: Use WiFi instead of cellular data.
• Clear Cache:
  • 🤖 Android: Settings > Apps > Farm Heroes Saga > Storage > Clear Cache
  • 🍏 iOS: Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

And finally, if you have an account in the game, you should be able to get back to the level you were at least, I hope that it's the case. 🙏
