Every time I click the + icon at the top of the game. My game freezes. I tried all of your solutions with no results. I even reinstalled the game. Losing all my companions. Wasn't worth the loss… level 4201.

Yes unfortunately reinstalling the game does remove the boosters, so we usually don't recommend this unless it's a critical error in the game.
Are you able to ask for lives now or does the game still freeze for you?
Also if possible I'd recommend updating your Android version which is done by following the below steps:
