I keep getting the message that my computer is off line to log into Candy Crush - only program where this happens. I have turned off/on router, computer many times without success. When I do get in I get the message its the wrong id and/or password. It is my new email - carolldean13@gmail.com. I try to change email - but never get the email link to reset. I'm about ready to forget the whole thing. Please help. Carol
