How do I stop all the King Community emails?

Hi and welcome to the community.
Go to your avatar top right.
click on this then edit profile, then go to notification settings and you can uncheck all the email you do not want to receive and then save settings. This will stop all the unwanted mails or notifications.

I have followed the instructions for stopping the emails several times and have saved my preferences. Each time I do so, the preference does not get saved and I have received roughly 800 emails in the last 12 hours. Is this a technical issue?? I need to stop this!! Please help.

This issue probably needs to be referred to the Player Support Team. You should click on the "Contact us" link at the bottom of this page and explain your problem. You will need to include your player ID. This number can be found as follows: Open a King game and click on the Settings icon (it looks like a gear). Then click on your "Account" button. Find the King logo at the top of the page and click on it to expose your player ID.
It may also be helpful to tell the Support Team what type of device you are playing on.
