Noted that you have issue with smaller screen size and had uninstalled the game causing you to lost all your boosters. As mentioned by our Spinnifix, boosters will be lost if you uninstall the app or using a new device. However, if you have recently purchased some boosters that were not used, you may click on the "Contact us" link at the bottom of this page to recover your boosters.
Meanwhile, for your screen issue, please let us know the type of device, model and OS system that you are using to play the game. This will facilitate us to check on the issue further.
