I have just played the level on my Windows 10, and it has worked fine for me (I even won the level).
Can you please tell me if you have selected a Companion to help you with the level? If so, which one?
And also, do you remember at which move, the "never ending" Berries have started?
I will also check on my iPad and see if I get the problem there!

I reported the same issue back in April 2020. It would be difficult to replicate this issue unless you get the strawberries lined up vertically as shown in my screenshot from my earlier post. I would suggest exiting the game and replaying it with particular attention to avoid letting the strawberries line up vertically near the top of the board. The never-ending cascade of strawberries usually occurs near the top of the board. It is very frustrating, and it does not appear that the glitch has been fixed. Again, it is difficult to replicate this issue so it is not surprising that so few of us have experienced it. Be patient @Zaandeur and I am optimistic that you will get by this level. I rely on the free boosters and extra moves that I receive as awards to get my through these difficult levels.

@Zaandeur the only way our player could get past it was by rebooting the phone. As @MountainMom says, you will get past 😉

8 digit scores 🤩 🤩 Only if the scores stay and you could win the level.... that would be the highest score of all levels and all the players, right?

@MountainMom: as you said, it seems to happen only when 3 strawberries line up vertically in the top-left corner. After this happened, I just closed and restarted the app (and lost about 6 million 🤑 points 😥).. After restarting, I avoided that corner and managed to win, but only 60 points 😕.
Maybe the attached video can help you pinpoint the issue?
