I'm sorry that you have an issue with your game, in order to help you, may we know if you play through Facebook or King.com and your device is a PC or mobile?
What I'd like to suggest is:
Log out of the game, disconnect from Internet, clear the cache or browser, turn off your device.
After 10 or 15 mnts turn on again your device and check if you are able to log in again.
