We have received an update that a fix was sent to the players for the Connection issue with the Ad.
My game is also working fine now. Can you all please log out of the game -- close the App and restart your device -- and see if that helps? If not, please check if your App store / Google Play Store has a latest version available to download.

issue is not fixed with the update two days at least on Android. What has been broken is the connections status the game has is not checked when the tablet is brought back from sleep. I have a fine internet conection, but the game will not refresh its internal status properly. I need to unload the game and restart it. The connection status is then okay and multiple ads and extra moves works.

I have now the new version 5. 59.5 but i still have the 3 screens saying i must be connected (i am connected with good wifi or/ data )
Unhappily nothing has change for me, i reboot the phone, clean cache and so on ...but the problem is still there ๐
I don't know what to do...

I am sorry to hear about the issue with your game! Can you please give me few details....
1) What device are you using -- make and model;
(2) Are you having this "no connection" pop-up while watching the Ads OR while anything in the game? For example, trying to send lives to others, trying to collect a gift, etc.,
If you can give me these details, I will try to find out any info I can.
