Please, please, could you stop showing those annoying instructions every time that the game is opened. I have seen them so many times & have almost considered stopping playing this game

    Are you referring to the tutorial in the game? Have you by any chance reinstalled the game app or changed your device? When did this start to happen?

    Please, please, get rid of those popup instructions that appear in the game. I have played for years & absolutely do not need these annoying instructions every time I start up the game.

    Hey @Mokkum welcome to the farm area.

    As @QueenB said which device are you using? If a computer are you clearing cache and cookies as that can make it start?

    Hello QueenB.

    No, i have not reinstalled the game nor changed playing it on another device. This started about 4 -6 weeks ago & has persisted. I am likely going to stop playing Farm Heroes Saga as this is extremely annoying!

    I am using a pc & yes, I have cleared the cache & cookies but am still left with all those instructions every time that I open the game. I am about to uninstall it a I have had enough of the repetitive instructions.

    What my friend @Lady_Choo wondering was "whether you have cleared the Cache / Cookies". And she said, if we have cleared the cookies, those "tutorials" do pop-up!

    Because, when we clear the history on our computers, the game thinks that we are a new player on the device and it starts the tutorials.


    I am not sure which level you are at, but, I really think that you should not delete your game! Why lose something you enjoy very much just because of some pesky pop-ups?

    We will find out our Farm Queen about these tutorial. Can I request you to please wait on your decision till we get back with some information for you?

    Yes, I have deleted the cookies & cache to no avail. Surely those instructions are not meant to be constantly shown?!

    Same monitor, same pc, same browser, nothing has changed except the game!!! So frustrating!!!

    Do not delete the cookies & cache anymore. That is what causes the pop-ups to appear again and again.
