I am sorry to hear about the issue in your grandson's game! Can you please clarify if they are playing on a mobile device OR on a PC?
The issue with Teams was fixed yesterday, and they should work well on platforms. If they are on PC, please ask them to log out of the game (Facebook OR King.com) and re-open the Browser.
If they are on mobile device, please check if there is a new update available to install. If the situation does not improve even after updating to the new version OR you do not see the new version at all, please let me know.

When you were saying "Old Team Format" -- by any chance, were you addressing to "Honey Harvest" team -- in which, all the points we collect are counted as "Honey Pots"?
The "Teams" feature was released only about 10 days ago. It will take a bit more time for all the players to receive it. We have to be little more patient with this.

I am sorry to know that you still have not received the "Teams" feature! We had the news that the Farm Studio is sending this feature to few groups of players at a time.
I am wondering that would be the reason your Grandchild might not have had the feature yet! Unfortunately, even the Farm Studio won't know which players will be receiving the event in the next batch!
If you can give me your Grandchild's game ID number, I will try to find out if our Farm In-charge knows any update!
