Hello, seems I'm having all kinds of issues with Farm Heroes. The 123 Grow never resolved and kept resetting each time and now I'm not able to access the regular levels. Once the game is opened and I hit play, it takes me to the map but when I select my current level or any level for that matter, it's like a dead link, nothing opens. I've closed and reopened the game several times, abd restarted the phone. I updated to the current version as recommended over the weekend to help with 123 Grow (but it didn't fix). Am I the only one having these issues?
Hi I am having issues on my iPhone trying to play the game. Itβs been over 14hrs since the last time I was able to play it on my phone. I have attempted closing the app multiple times, restarting my phone, and the waiting 4 hrs before trying it again with the game starting to load, shows my progress, then when I try to click on any of the levels nothing works. I can make the map move up and down but unable to do anything else.

Hi All! For the last 2 days my game has been down. It would load but then when all the pop ups are done everything on the side bars disappear and I canβt click on any level to play. I tried reinstalling the game and that was A DISASTER! When I redownladed the game ALL my boosters disappeared! Thankfully my phone was backed up so I erased everything and backed it up from before when I deleted it in the day. I took a screenshot of what my game is showing. Does anyone have any advise or having the same issue?
Hey, Iβve tried logging out and back in with a few minutes between and hrs between. Still, nothing. This last time I logged in it did take me to the Farm Pass screen and all of the rewards I have previously earned and collected were available to collect again. I closed it and a new timed βget to the π β thing popped up and as soon as I select ok, Iβm right back to nothingnessβ¦.
Well, spoke too soon. Even though logging out and back in hour later last night worked...same thing again today. Do we have to log out and back in each time to play the game? Are they researching to identify the issue? Thanks.

I have taken 2 screenshots. 1 before I logged in and 1 after I logged in. After I logged in, I ( X'ed) out of the game. I then proceeded to go back into the game and hit play and it took me directly to my game. The game proceeds to know who I am without logging in every time. I think the problem has been fixed for now. I will let you know if anything else happens. Thank you.

@Spinnifix there is no new uploading for Android. I also cleared the cache but nothing changed π£
Why do we now have to log in and out of the game? Is the game information not being stored because each time you log in it gives you the option to start where you left off. This was not the case earlier. You only had 1 button and that was the play button. If you don't select the button that says to start where you left off, and you just press the play button, the game will start you at level 1. The beginning of the game. I have downloaded the game to my computer and never do I log out. I know the Devs are aware of this, but can you tell us when we can expect this issue to be fixed.
Same as everyone else for me! App has latest update and so has my iPhone 11. Plenty of storage space. App opens then everything disappears apart from the levels and although I can scroll through the levels none of them will open. Cannot open anything on the top bar either

I just opened the game on nlaptop, and it worked. But on my phone the app is still frozen. After I hit the start button, everything is gone, and nothing still doesn't work.

I am having the same issue, with about 5 to 6 hours between login. I am playing on my PC. It all started this morning when the game asked me to play in a competition. It took me to a screen so that I could play other levels starting with levels 1,2,3 etc. When I ran out of lives I tried to go back to the main screen. When I did, the bar at the bottom disappeared, the sidebar on the left that indicates where I rank in the competition was gone and when I clicked on my stage it would not do anything. By the way, I just downloaded the game to my computer about 2 weeks ago because I was having problems playing the game in Facebook.
Thank you. I logged out and back in an hour later and thankfully an able to play again.

Still not working β¦
I can't open any levels! The buttons down the bottom and the race down the side dissappear after loading. All I can do is scroll the screen up and down but no buttons work, not levels, settings, bars, beans etc.
I have the same exact issue.
Just tried all 3 of my devices. This was a problem on 2 of them (both phones, tablet was ok) so I re-installed. It's resolved this issue but now both phones only have 1 quest instead of 3 π€¬
Still not working...since almost 20 hours
Can anyone tell me why all of a sudden I only get 5 extra goes for gold bars when I used to get 55 goes, when you are in the 6000 + 5 goes for the difficult games is just not enough, I am already paying enough for gold bars, this reduction in goes is just not fair to us that have played for years and spent such a lot ofβ¦

anyone having a glitch in the game? It won't let me use all of my moves or in this time I used all my moves and used gold bars to buy more and now it won't let me use the moves.
I am sending other participants lives when they run out but my category to receive lives is not working.
Hello, I've been having issues with being able to watch the ad to collect my coins 30 minutes early. It doesn't work at all as of right now. It started off where I'd have to click on something else and come back to it and it would work and now it just doesn't work at all.
