We are very sorry about your problem! You have played level 1811 and to win you paid to have boosters, you passed the level but you didn't win
May I ask your type of device and if you play through Facebook or King.com, did you take a screenshot when happened and which boosters did you buy?

Hi. Play on mobile iPhone and through king.com. Paid for 48 extra moves for Β£2.49. Not sure what you mean by you passed the level but did not win?

Just to understand what happened after the purchase and the reason for which you didn't win. There was a glitch or different? ππ»
Did you receive the extra moves right? So the problem could be with the game?

It said I passed the level and was a high scorer but when went back to play has kept me on the same level.

I have reported to our Farm In-charge about your issue. Unfortunately, she did not hear anything from the Farm game Studio and they all left for the weekend. Please wait until late Monday and I will update you with any info I can get.
In the last days there were problems in the game watching the Ads, so can I suggest not to purchase extra moves and watch Ads until next week.

It looks like the level did not get recorded as a win which can happen sometimes. In these cases you have 2 choices:
1. we can move you past this level so you can continue playing but you will have a max of 2 stars in this level.
2. we'll send you the Gold bars used back to your game so you can give the level another try.
