Hi, anyone who has not had their progress restored and who hasn't had the boosters compensation, make sure your app is updated, get your player ID from the profile within the game and contact player support HERE who should be able to deal with it as they can access your details that we can't here 🙂
FYI - if you lost boosters that you did not purchase, you will not be getting them back.
I lost hundreds of boosters due this “update”. So, I will no longer be playing. Why would I continue to invest time in a game when I cannot trust its stability and/or when the game acts faulty, reconciliation is not available?
I still haven't received the lost boosters. The tutorials for each and every level is still coming on. I have version 5.76.1 on my ipad mini 5 running OS15.3.1.
I have turned the game off and on. logged in and out. Checked for newest version through the app store which shows the game installed is current. What else am I supposed to do? I even received an email from customer service stating that the boosters issue has been fixed?
Please provide us with your Game ID and the level you are supposed to be on and we'll pass this on to Player Support so they can manually restore your game progress.

Tap on My Profile 👇
Now you double-tap on the King logo and voilà, the logo should disappear and reveal your Game ID.
