on farm pass it wont let you collect the prize

When you said the prize in Farm Pass - did you mean the last one with "Treasure Chest"? If so, can you show me a screenshot of your Farm Pass with the Treasure Chest, please?

It is the farm pass carnival season not the treasure chest. I cannot do screen shot. It is only minor prizes. When you collect prize button nothing happens. It does not respond

Please open the "Play Store" and then search for "Farm Heroes Saga" --> If you see "Update" next to the game name, then please click on it and install the update.
If you do not see any "update", I would like to see a screenshot of that screen! So that, I can tell you how to find the version you have right now!

I did send you a mssg this morning byreplying to your email. I dont know if you received that and sent you mssg on here as well. I have the latest updated version as I updated that through play store app last week. I am at a loss to know how that fixes the problem of the collect button on the endless chest. ** Once you open the Play Store --> type "Farm Heroes Saga" in the "search" bar --> The game will appear on the screen --> If there is a latest update available for you to install, you will see a tab "UPDATE" just next to the game name --> You will have to click on that UPDATE to install it.
If you do not see those words, it means that your game is up to date๐๏ธ
I know the game is up to date as I updated the latest version about 3 or 4 days ago. That does not resolve my query on the collect.prize button on endless chest. The collect prize button does not respond that was my query how do I collect the prize when the collect prize button dont work. If you can answer thag please. Thanks

The reason I asked for update is - some players have updated their game and the Button started working; for some - after the update, the button stopped working. Because you said the button is not working, I thought the Update might help you.
Since it didn't, I will go report the issue to the Farm In-charge. Your ID number will help the game team to look into your game๐๏ธ

Very disappointed that you could not even update me on my query of.the 24th Febrary of which you were psssing on to Farm in charge. I am sure it does not take 8 days flr an update. Can you let me know whats hapoening. Thanks

I apologize for the late reply Mel! We had a snow storm yesterday, so I couldn't be here due to power outage.
I am sorry! I could not update you because we did not receive any updates. The game Studio was still investigating the issue to find out why many farmers are not receiving the gift from the Chest box.
Few players were not experiencing any problem and they are collecting the gifts once they accumulate 18 points. See the no:1 on the Treasure box? That means, they can collect the prize.
The Farm Studio team was not sure why it is working for few players but not for all!! But, they are hoping that the new Farm Pass season won't have that glitch๐ค
The new season is out now and we did not receive any complaints so far. Until then, we don't know if the issue is resolved or not๐
