I had thousands of beans and they are gone
@kirkbari Yes you should have. The best thing to do would be to contact player support from within the app. Choose lost items and they can look into your account and see whats happened.
If you get an automated reply telling you to come here, reply back to it with the issue again and you should get a real person.
There is a team for lost progress and items though so unless they are very busy, that shouldn't happen. It will if you don't choose the right option though.
I logged out then back in. Still ALL my beans are
gone. I had thousands so even when I use them for completing levels I should have thousands remaining
Good morning @kirkbari also to add to what my friend has asked you, do you log in via the kingdom or Facebook? Is your progress still there? Could you check you are logged in still but if you are, log back out then in again and see if the figure shows correctly?
Do you use companions as they take beans to activate.

We are sorry if you have problem with your Beans. In order to help you did you uninstall recently the game app in your device, what about your boosters?
Did you clear your app data?

The game always shows that my team has given me free lives, but they are NEVER in my inbox. In fact there is never anything in my inbox. I even tried clearing the app cache and storage and nothing.
This game has changed. It's so much harder with less ways to earn lives. I have reached level 5350 I am now deleting the game. I've had enough so thanks for ruining it by making so many negative and unhelpful changes
Why can I not receive or ask for lives from my team mates. Also how do I make them my friends as there isn't a friends request button
I was playing Farm Heroes Saga and finally won level 1534. But then the screen froze up as it was going through the scoring sequence. I exited the game, cleared my cache and reloaded. Now it's not recognizing my win and wants me to play the level I just won! See screenshots below.
