Where did Farm Heroes go on Facebook? β›” FIXED!

I get this message whenever I go to my regular bookmark in Facebook to play FHS. This is on desktop/laptop. Also I tried to search Farm Heroes in FB Gaming and there are no results. What is happening?

    There has been an issue with Facebook and that is the reason the game is not working when we try to play through Facebook. But, not to worry! The game developers are aware about the issue and are working on a fix. Will get back to you when we have an updateπŸ‘οΈ

    I am trying to play Farm Heroes on my laptop through Facebook. It keeps saying β€œYou have experienced an error that we are working hard fi fix. Please try again in a moment.” I have refreshed numerous times. How can I get this fixed? I have also deleted my cookies as well so that can’t be it.

    Which browser are you using to play the game? Did you try to open the game on a different browser? I just checked my game and it is opening & working fine!!

    In my experience, most of the times, it is an issue with the browser(s) and changing the browser will work. Also, I haven't seen any complaints from other players. Unfortunately, the game team cannot help when the issues are isolated!! So, please change the browser and see how it goesπŸ™‚

    Hi. I tried using Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge. Both give me the same error message.

    Hi there and sorry to hear you have been having trouble playing the game 😫

    It looks like you have tired most of our recommended troubleshoot so all that is left now is to try to remove the game and install it again. Don't worry, this won't affect your game progress πŸ˜‰

    Follow the steps provided by Facebook HERE on how to remove the game. Once removed, all you have to do is search for the game on Facebook again, and when you find it, it should start loading fine and you should get back to where you left off.

    I did that and it still didn't work...Still getting the same error message.

    Is it only with Farm heroes you are getting the error? or any other app? You haven't blocked anything in your facebook settings recently? Do you have an adblocker on? If so, could you disable it and try again?

    Which version of windows are you using? could you let us have the version number of your browser.

    Could you give us a screenshot too?

    I am not sure what is happening!! I have tried it on my laptop too and I too received the same message. But, don't worry!

    I have already reported about it.


    But, since this is already night for the Studio and all Kingsters, we might not see any results today!!
