This goes on every time harvest rush event is going on. I’ve already posted last year when it first happened. I have done everything everyone had responded back to me. Clear cache, make sure you have the lasted update. It’s very frustrating. This pops up every move I make on the game.

That is the standard “troubleshooting steps” they have to provide! Most of the issues do get resolved with those steps. But, not this Harvest Rush 🤦♀️🤦♀️
I have reported to the Farm In-charge. It might take a while for her to get back, depending on how busy Studio team is 🤔

Thanks PummyRaj, Ive contacted tech support. Sent them the pictures. They asked me to restart my device make sure I have the latest I OS update the latest update on the game app and more than 2GB free storage which I do.

I am having complete different issue on my iPad!! The pop-up tells me to collect the Cropsies in negative digit, and no matter how many Cropsies I collect, they won’t count!!
