I have the same issue since early June, the following errors are created in Windows Event log after I try to start the game:
Error 1: The server king.com.FarmHeroesSaga_6.16.5.0_x64__kgqvnymyfvs32!App did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. Error 2: permission settings do not grant LOCAL ACTIVATION permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239} and APPID {316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-9113-7055D84DCC97} to the user DESKTOP\user SID (S-1-5-21-949206983-4038278373-205070846-1003) from address LocalHost (LRPC) running in the application container Microsoft.Windows.ShellExperienceHost_10.0.19041.1949_neutral_neutral_cw5n1h2txyewy SID (S-1-15-2-155514346-2573954481-755741238-1654018636-1233331829-3075935687-2861478708). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.Thank you.

Experiencing the same issue since June - on windows 11, app just flashes black box that then disappears immediately. Surely this should be fixed by now? We have re installed it and no joy.

Hi @fluxl and welcome to the community. You're not alone BUT there are more players still that don't have the issue and that is where the problem lies. The studio need to replicate a problem to fix it... seeing as not everyone has it and they haven't experienced it either, that's what makes it hard. One of our moderators plays on windows 11 and she has the same issue too. So I know it's frustrating. Do you have another device to play on in the meantime?
could you let me have your machine specs and the windows error report as well as it maybe that they see something in there. The more information we can gather the better. We do apologise for this 😞
