Am loathe to reinstall as, when I have tried this in the past, I have lost any rewards I have earned & then will have to wait and see if I'm assigned any friends. So... it could be a lose, lose situation. Not to worry, the world's not going to end over a game. Thanks for all your time and help with this.
Our farm manager did say that she could compensate you for any you lose. But it might not be as many as you lose if you have a lot saved. I am so sorry, nobody seems to know why nothing is working. Its unusual ☹
I will try it. At the moment I cannot tell you how many rewards I have as I cannot get into the game. Pummy Raj is dealing with this other problem for me. I keep being asked to collect 13/15 Gold Bars I have won from the Egg Basket but it won't let me and I then cannot move back or forward to the game itself. I've tried switching the device on and off but nothing. If Pummy Raj cannot help further, then I'll reinstall. Thanks again.
Have just reinstalled so, hopefully, all should work well from hereon. Not sure how many rewards/gold bars I've lost as it's been a couple of days since I played. Perhaps you can check from your end re. being compensated for any lost rewards? Thank you for all of the time you've spent on this.

It has been more than a day since you have reinstalled your game! Is it working normally? Are you seeing friends in your game now?
For the CM to send some compensation, we will need your game ID number. When I started talking to you about this issue more than 2 months ago, you gave me 14370602516 as your ID number (in the first page of this discussion).
Is it still the same or did it change after you reinstalled your game? If it changed, can you provide the new ID number please?
Click on this (Green lettered) link --> Find your game ID number (just in case😉)
** I will make sure that you will receive the 15 Gold Bars from your other event too👍️
