Haven't had them for weeks now on my kindle or mobile
Hello everyone and thanks for reaching out about not having events!
I'm sorry to inform that if you do not have any events at the moment, this means your game is not part of the event group.
Whenever we create a new feature, we always like to test it with a small group of players first, to make sure that they like it as much as we do. To do this we always have a randomly selected group of players test the feature.
Once the testing has taken place, we'll roll it out so more people can play it. However, due to the huge community of our players whom we love, we sometimes have to split it up to make it manageable and accessible. Millions of players in an event at any time is a lot of work, so we split it up into groups so we can keep it running and you have a better chance of accessing it.
We're not in a position to get you events back in your game but we recommend to keep an eye out for the latest updates to the game to ensure you benefit from all the new levels and features that we release on a regular basis.ย
We appreciate it may be frustrating if others have a feature that you don't, but it's highly likely you'll be getting it very soon, and bear in mind that when you do have an event or challenge, it's possible other players won't have it this time.ย ย

Hello @encantes I also have been having the same issues as others here for the week after all the usual events ended last Sunday. No events, no Choo Choo. My hens have changed to the new look like others are speaking of and now when i lose my last life and click ask friends my only option is ask my team i no longer can send lives to farm friends. I Have logged in and out several times & cleared cache. I only play on a Samsung Tablet , my version per my device is 624.2 (although the Google play store shows most current version is 623.1). My game ID is 6085573727.

Iโve not had a single event since Sunday and normally have multiple ones going on. My progress is saved with email, the app has background refreshes so itโs always the newest upgrade. Using iPhone XS Max. User ID included. Ps: a different device (my iPod touch) didnโt have any events either
Yes I have it saved with an email account. Iโve tried logging in and out multiple times but still no events of any kind since last Sunday ๐
Yes there is ChooChoo, if you have saved your progress through a King account you can try to log out and login and usually it works to have back the Events.
But remember only if you have saved your progress through an email address otherwise you will lose all your boosters ๐
Is there no choo choo this weekend? I havenโt had that either.

Looks like you have followed all the steps, but did not have any luck! May be you are not in the group to receive the events now๐ค๐ค

Can you please open the "Events" tab in your game and show me a screenshot of it?
You said you are playing on an Android device. Can you check the "Google Play Store" and see which version of the App you have right now?
What is the model and make of your Android phone?

I have not been getting challanges for 3 weeks which will make the game impossible to play. I play on an android phone. I have logged in and out several time, cleared cache and data and uninstall and reinstalled the game. I did put a thread on here a couple of days ago asking for help, but was told my thread was being closed as it had already been answered on another thread??. That I am unable to locate. Please could you show me the link to the thread or be kind enough to answer me here. Thanking you in advance ๐

Usually when you play through mobile there are more events showing.
Just 2 months ago happened to me I didn't have events for weeks but login out and login worked and I had 1 event.
Please don't unistall your game otherwise you are going to loose your boosters!
I hope that will arrive soonest in your game ๐๐
Hi I play on my mobile. Normally when I log out and in again to the game the challanges come through. I've cleared the cache and data as well. Any suggestions?

Please pass along the feedback that this is extremely frustrating for players. So this means that those of us who have no events will not have these events for the month? I don't even have 1-2-3 grow or the farm race.
Oh thatโs disappointing. Iโll just play another game until the events reappear as thereโs absolutely no reward for playing levels without them.

Yeah mine are still gone so Iโm not playing until they return. Iโm still collecting the daily sign in rewards though.
I agree. It's disappointing that I've had no response to my post with the info that he asked for. I don't come to community often so maybe that's why? Idk. I have also stopped playing.

When you say you can't play new events do you mean you have not had any events to play in your game or when you do have events, you experience any issue?

I also haven't had any events since the end of September. Very hard to play without them as there's no opportunities to earn boosters.
