Games start to load then close out to tablet screen
I don't know how, but somehow I managed to get the games to install. My problem now is trying to get them to play. When I click on Candy Crush or Farm Heroes Saga, it will go to the orange "king" page and say that it is loading. Then, just as the music starts, it cuts out to my "desktop" (cuz I don't know what else to call it) page. I have done the different steps that both my previous responders suggested, along with uninstalling then reinstalling from king site. Any suggestions? I am playing on an Acer Iconia B1-810 w/Android 4.4.4 Thank you. plswrr

Is that the maximum OS that you can update to? I only ask because it's quite an old one and I know that King games are not supported by some older devices. I would try cleaning up your device. Clear out the memory and the Ram etc.

I don't have an Apple device . I have an Acer with the Android 4.4.4 operating system. According to your list, this Android level should work. I switched to Acer because the Samsung tablet and phone that I had both only lasted 3 months. Can't afford that. Don't understand how some of the games can work on my tablet, but not others. To my knowledge an administrator has not looked at my question. Nothing that I have seen so far has solved my problem. Still waiting.It sounds like its not connecting properly so is just crashing. Hopefully an admin will look at this, but in the meantime, have you looked at the help video?
