my game says I have no internet I play on a laptop couldn't figure out why I wasn't getting daily bonuses or help from friends the last few days
Hi and welcome. Yes the windows app is what I play the game on too! It's always a better alternative I think personally. You can log in with your Facebook account there as well for progress.

1) When you said "no internet", does it look like this⬇️
If so, please not to worry, because you are not alone! We have complaints from few more players and I too am experiencing the same thing. Above screenshot is from my game only!
We have escalated this issue to our Farm Community In-charge to report to the game Studio. But, we will have to wait till Monday to receive any news!
2) With regards to Daily Bonus --
You are not alone in this issue either! Many players that are using a computer, have posted their complaints that they are not receiving Daily Bonus.
This was also reported, but you will have to wait till Monday to receive any news from the game team!

But, if you have access to Windows 10/11 on your computer, please see if you can download Farm Heroes Saga App! Both the connection issue and missing Daily Bonus are the issues on "Browser" version only (for now)!!

Are you playing on the browser version of the game? At which point is it telling you it has no connection?
Do you have access to the windows 10 app? I ask that as the browser seems to have a connection fault right now but the community manager has been made aware of it.

If you are playing on a windows 10 or 100 computer, have you tried using the windows app version of the game? You just log in as normal and your progress is saved.

Could you let us know when this shows no connection, which devices you are playing on please and if a browser, have you tried clearing cache and cookies? Also if you are playing on a windows 10 or 11 computer, you can download the FHS app from the windows store and log in as normal that way to play.
Took your advice but still showing offline. Apparently I am not the only player with this problem
