After clearing the grass and finding the veg.You dont get the option to claim the prize so you dont get the prize. These problems on Hidden Garden has been going on for a while. Can the be sorted out once and for all please

That's correct, Mel! The game Studios that create the games, handle the issues are differ for each King Saga game.
I am glad to know that Baker's Box was working fine in your game! Myself and many others were experiencing glitch just as in Farm Heroes Saga!
Ok thanks for reply. On Candy Crush saga they have a very similar contest and no problems what so ever on that. So is it a different team dealing with the two games.
They are aware about this issue as you have reported it couple of weeks ago and I too had this issue in my game.
You must have noticed that this feature just came into the game! All the new features will be in test mode and the players that receive these "testing" features will be experiencing these glitches until they improve the feature.
Whenever I receive a new feature, I feel proud that I am helping to "better" the feature😅😅
Thanks for your teply. The problems on Hiddrn Garden has been going on for a.while now. Dont they check for glitches as it seems to me that they dont check. Another problem is when you go to close the game the x dont either so you have to close the game completely and ooen it up again. Can this be sorted as well please

I have reported this issue to our Community In-charge! But, we haven't heard anything as of yesterday and they are not at work due to the weekend!
Unfortunately, you will have to bear this inconvenience till tomorrow (until the timer runs out)! Hopefully, the game team will send in a fix soon!

Hiya Thanks for your prompt repiy. I dont know if you have seen my up date on the problem. The grass does eventually clear but it is very very slow clearing.It takes about !0 minures for the grass to clear

An update on the Hidden Garden The grass does clear eventually but it takes about 10 minutes before the grass clears. So it work but very very slow to clear
Exactly the same problem as last week. When you select a square the grass does not clear. Help required

I thought of checking in my game! But, the Hidden Garden suddenly disappeared and it is not coming back even after some troubleshooting steps!
I know that the Garden disappears in few hours! But, I will report the issue to our Community In-charge, so that they can pass it onto the game team. Hopefully, the glitch will be fixed for next week 🤞

Thanks for your reply. No weird shapes or whatever It is the regular Hidden Garden page. When you try and clear the squares even though the grass piece was not removed the pitchforks will be reduced by one. I cannot do screen shots sorry. Also when you press the X on top right corner to exit the page that does not close the page so really you cannot move off the page. The only way then to exit the page is to close the game down and open it up again.

I need one clarification please! When the screen is stuck, do you see any "weird" shapes/icons on the screen? OR is it the regular Hidden Garden page?

Can you please take a screenshot —> (1) as soon as you open the Garden; and (2) after you use one pitchfork, and post those here?

After winning a couple of levels When I go to select a square nothing happens the square dont clear but it takes the level off you as if the square is cleared but as L said nothing happens. When you go and close the page then the X to cloxe the page dont work so really you cannot move off the page. The only you you can exit the page then is to close the game start and over again.

Couple of weeks ago, there were some issues with the feature! But, I am not seeing any of those issues when I open it this weekend!
Can you please explain what are the problems you are experiencing with Hidden Garden? The more details you provide, the better it will be for me to report to our Community In-charge.
