I have the same issue, for more than two weeks now. Ever since the last update. Sent in a help request and was referred to come to the forums for help.
Hi @playgurl69 if you're playing on mobile have you checked to see if there are any updates in the store for your game? If yes, or if no updates are available try restarting your device. That usually works for me.
Hi @armie35 and welcome to our community! Keep checking your app store for updates, unfortunately not all events are available to all players but a lot will be, so keep your eyes open and one should appear soon
Which mobile device are you using as well as OS version: Samsung tablet A android 7.1.1 and also microsoft surface that I run the game on too, which is running windows 10Have you had any connectivity issues? none, however, I did have 35000 beans and now I have 35 and the "collect the yellow suns" at the bottom of the game is all broken up as if its not loaded properly.Have you recently done any updates on your mobile device? yes, and its on automatic tooWhich version of the game do you have installed? Ok @jirs63 I would ignore the automatic updates as I know from experience they don't always. Sometimes they just sit there a while. The beans sound like you are not logged in, were you connected to Facebook? Sometimes it shows as connected but you are only surface connected. Meaning its not completely which if using FB is common sadly. The suns do sound like they are having issues. Can I ask you to try some troubleshooting and we can take it from there. Do you know how much storage you have free on it? Do you know which manufacturing year it is?
