Unfortunately, this glitch popped up with the latest update of the game App. I am posting here to inform you all that this issue has been reported and the King Studio is looking into it.
Hopefully, they will be able to find a work-around soon! Can you all please go to this below link for the main thread and post the details of (1) Device you are using and (2) the Version you have right now?

I moved your questions here as your issues matched the one here which has already been reported this to the studio so they are currently investigating this so I'll keep ya'll updated as soon as I know more.
Some players has reported that by force closing the game app it help, but this can take few attempts and you will lose some lives during this process but cross our fingers the studio can solve this fast 🤞🤞
What ever you do, do not reinstall the game app as that will make you lose your boosters and saved up lives.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience while we look in to this 😉I reinstalled it after 10 days of patience, because I did not find any topic explaining my problem. Instead, I found one topic which wrote to reinstall it and to communicate in the case of boosters being lost.Can you tell me, will I get back the boosters or not? I attach a screenshot to prove my number of boosters!Thanks

** when you click on it, you will go to another page... scroll down there and click on “Type your Comment” box. Than write that you are using your iPad and also the version. (I think it is 5.20.5. but NOT 50.20.5)0
