@PummyRaj I have checked level 1597 and that the same problem whit that level that are reported about level 625. There are a snowball tha you can´t swap.

@QueenB Do to another thread can not open a frozzen button I find that you have the same on level 1597. In level 1597 you have a snowball at the buttom that can´t be swaped.

Hello everyone.
I am happy to have joined this community.
Unfortunately I am also stuck at level 625. I have android and I play in the application and logged in via Facebook.
I can't make exchanges with pieces on the ice and when I don't have any matches other than the set that involves an exchange with an ice piece, I get stuck, the game doesn't reorder and gives me as a suggestion that exchange I can't do. I end up having to exit the game even though there are still moves available. I tried to install it again and it didn't work, besides I lost all the boosters I had.
I'm sorry for my English, I hope you can understand and help me.

I have the same problem with level 1597. It is impossible to pass because the frozen spot/snowball on the bottom row doesn't work and it is blocking a flower s needed to pass game.

yes. I go and test the level, correct. The snowball on top of the flower can’t be swap.
so while waiting for developer to fix it, u can try using the grower booster and bring in 3 shovels. Clear other flowers first and let grower booster grow this last flower.

Thanks Stan. I don't have 3 growers yet. I only have 1. So I am waiting until I get 2 more to grow my flower.
