Facebook recently made a change to its platform, and this means that you might experience issues when sending or receiving lives.
But do not worry! A fix for FHS is ready, so please make sure to update it to the latest version on your device.

I m not getting lives in mail box when someone send me a life. Can you fix this

Morning,
I'm not getting lives either. The pair of us play on KING, using laptops, Windows 10, but nothing comes through, except the daily life that can be sent to all friends.

Try disconnecting the game app from your King account, close the game app, open it again and reconnect to your King account and see if that helps.

I did that @QueenB, still nothing.
I'm even now playing on new version downloaded from store, as is my husband.
Still we get just the one life from each other daily, but even though we 'send' lives when requested, nothing arrives. And don't mention the 'friends' I've been given on the new game, they send nothing, I may as well not have them!
I'd play my old game but that's been growing levels for 3 weeks now, and I've a feeling it never is.
We both use Windows 10, KING games-room, on laptops, no phone or notebooks, just the computer.
I'm almost out of beans again, and growing more disappointed by the day.

I’ve logged in each day I send lives but there’s no “red” envelope lit next to my name where they can send lives back to me.. very frustrated..
