I have been playing Farm Heroes for years and never had any problems until now, why can I not access the game,

Hi , im playing on my P C and keep getting the message, something went wrong please reload, it has been 2 weeks now, I have uninstalled and reinstalled 3 times , but still get the same message, I do have windows 10 and I have cleared all cache,

 Please can you tell me what is going on with this game, I have done all of the above 3 times now and still getting there is a problem please reload.

Type your commentI play on both facebook and gameroom and yes I have windows 10, 

I have done this twice now and I have deleted facebook gameroom and reinstalled the game but still getting the same message.

I have tried all of the above, its been a week now, the game gets so far then , there is a problem please reload, keeps coming up.
