3 to 5 times per session I get a screen shot of a cat saying I have encountered an error and we are hard trying to fix it. I re fresh and lose my progress and the power ups/boosters as well as a loss of a life I pay for these boosters. My piggy bank is lvl 21 not county how many toy packages I've purchased. No more purchases until this is fixed

If you play on FB you always have to save your progress. You don't need it in King.com. Because it happens automatically. In the help center here on this page or in the game under gear - question mark - help center you will definitely find your problem and the solution.

If it's still not worked, you can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.
